These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fat Yogi Cottages website and any bookings you make directly with us. By using the site or making a booking you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and cancellations

Direct bookings are processed through our booking engine. Each rate plan carries its own cancellation, modification and payment conditions, shown to you in full at checkout before confirmation. Flexible rates generally allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival; non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded once confirmed. The conditions you see at the moment of booking are the binding conditions.

Quoted rates are per room per night and may exclude breakfast, government tax and service charge unless stated. Extra beds, airport transfers and other add-ons are charged separately.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge. Luggage storage is free.

3. On-premise conduct

Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave (without refund) where conduct endangers safety, causes disturbance, or breaches local law. Smoking is not permitted inside rooms; pets are not allowed (service animals excepted, by prior arrangement).

4. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or scrape content for republication without our written consent. Content (text, images, logos) is owned by Fat Yogi Cottages or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

5. Liability

We strive to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free from errors or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with your use of the site (other than for bookings you make with us, which are governed by the booking confirmation) is limited to direct damages and does not include indirect, consequential or loss of profit claims.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services (booking engine, maps, review sites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
